How our discreet shipping works

Discretion is the standard, not an upgrade. This is exactly what happens between checkout and your door.

The box

Every order ships in plain, unmarked outer packaging — no logos, no product names, no hint of the contents. Nothing on the box or the packing slip identifies what is inside.

The sender

The sender name is neutral, and tracking notifications are written discreetly. Your order updates tell you where your parcel is — never what it is.

Timing and cost

Orders are processed in 1–2 business days and typically arrive within 5–7 business days. Standard shipping is a $4.95 flat rate, shown before you pay.

If something is wrong

Unopened items in sealed packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. The full standard is in our shipping and returns policies, and a person replies in English or Spanish at [email protected].
