What the Package Looks Like
Plain. Deliberately, reassuringly plain. Your order travels in an unmarked box or padded mailer chosen for protection, not presentation. There is no branding on the outside — no store name, no logo, no imagery, no hint of what is inside. From the outside, it is indistinguishable from any other parcel in the day's deliveries. This is not something we simply intend. It is something we have verified: we placed a real order through our own store and received it ourselves, in packaging with no branding and no sender identification linking it to us. The system worked exactly as described here, and it continues to be the standard every order is packed to.
What the Label Shows
A shipping label has to say something — carriers require a sender. What it says, in our case, is a neutral sender name. Never the store's name, never anything that describes the contents.
